Shipping Policy

We want your Rafi order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping methods, timelines, and costs before placing your order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Nigeria — all 36 states and FCT Abuja
- International — select countries (contact us at hello@raficollectionz.com to confirm availability to your country)
2. Shipping Costs

Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after payment, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
If you have not received a tracking notification within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
6. Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-order items have an estimated ship date displayed on the product page. This date is an estimate and may be subject to change. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay to your pre-order. Pre-orders are shipped as soon as stock becomes available.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@raficollectionz.com
- Include your order number and photos in your message
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
9. International Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
