Browse our collection on the shop page, select the item you want, and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, go to your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout". Fill in your details, choose a payment method, and complete your order. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after payment.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they are processed for dispatch. Contact us immediately at hello@raficollectionz.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but you may return it under our Returns Policy.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account dashboard and view your order status under "My Orders". If you haven't received a tracking notification within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.

Pre-orders allow you to reserve an item before it comes back in stock. When you pre-order, payment is charged immediately. Your item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available, on or around the estimated ship date shown on the product page. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, log into your account to confirm the order was placed. If you see the order in your dashboard but still received no email, contact us at hello@raficollectionz.com and we'll resend it.

We accept payments via Paystack and Flutterwave, which support:

  • Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)
  • Bank transfer
  • USSD
  • Mobile money

You can also choose to pay in Nigerian Naira (₦) or US Dollars ($) at checkout.

Yes. All payments are processed by Paystack and Flutterwave, which are PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) to protect all data transmission.

If your payment fails, please try the following:

  • Check that your card details are entered correctly
  • Ensure your card has sufficient funds or transaction limit
  • Try a different payment method (e.g. switch from card to bank transfer)
  • Contact your bank to check if the transaction is being blocked

Yes. At checkout, you can select to pay in USD ($) or NGN (₦). The USD amount is calculated using our current exchange rate, which is displayed on the checkout page. International card payments are accepted.

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Lagos: 1–3 business days
  • Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan: 2–4 business days
  • Other Nigerian states: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, contact us at hello@raficollectionz.com before placing your order. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

First, check your tracking number (sent via email after dispatch). If the tracking shows the package is still in transit and within the expected delivery window, please allow a little more time. If the delivery window has passed or tracking hasn't updated in several days, contact us at hello@raficollectionz.com with your order number and we'll investigate.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all tags and packaging. To initiate a return, email us at hello@raficollectionz.com with your order number. See our full Returns Policy for details.

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at hello@raficollectionz.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging, along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Yes. All Rafi bags are crafted from premium genuine leather, selected for quality, durability, and aesthetic. Each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail — from stitching to hardware. Product descriptions include specific material details for each item.

To keep your Rafi bag in the best condition:

  • Store it in the dust bag provided when not in use
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture
  • Clean gently with a soft dry cloth
  • Use a leather conditioner periodically to maintain suppleness
  • Avoid overfilling to preserve the shape

Many of our pieces are made in limited quantities. If an item you love is sold out, check back periodically or contact us at hello@raficollectionz.com — we may be able to advise on restocks or take a pre-order. You can also add sold-out items to your wishlist to keep track.

No. You can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account gives you access to order tracking, wishlist, saved addresses, and faster checkout on future orders.

Go to the Forgot Password page, enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us.

Log into your account and go to Profile Settings to update your name, email, and phone number. To update your shipping address, go to Addresses. Changes are saved immediately.

You can delete your account from Profile Settings under the Danger Zone section. Please note that account deletion is permanent and removes all your data including order history, addresses, and wishlist. Alternatively, contact us at hello@raficollectionz.com and we'll handle it for you.
