Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of every Rafi piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and labels still attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, worn, or washed
- Items with removed tags or damaged packaging
- Sale or heavily discounted items (marked as final sale)
- Custom or personalised orders
- Gift cards
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at hello@raficollectionz.com with the subject line "Return Request — [Your Order Number]"
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Attach clear photos of the item showing its condition
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
Do not send items back before receiving return authorisation from us. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A manufacturing defect or damage
- An incorrect item sent by us
- An item significantly different from its description
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing for you.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect
We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Pre-Order Returns
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped. Once dispatched, pre-orders follow the same returns policy as regular orders.
